Having lived and worked on almost all continents as a business leader and a certified coach, Cath has gained broad experience and insight into people and organizational cultures. During her career at Unilever, she worked in different countries across four continents. This international experience sparked her curiosity about the universal human forces at play in organizations that shape motivation, collaboration and success.

She studied law, public administration and organizational psychology, and later earned an Executive Master in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD Business School, graduating with distinction.

Alongside her academic and international background, Cathalijne is also highly skilled in Pilates, a discipline focused on building a strong and stable core from which strength, balance and freedom of movement emerge.

She has been bringing this versatile mix together for many years in her work with leaders and management teams.
