A common Pavlovian response in organizations is: the higher the pressure, the more leaders tend to focus on their own department.
First, let's get our own stuff in order before we turn our attention back to our shared ambition. The result is that people increasingly work within their own silos, leaving little room for collaboration and connection in the broader context, which often comes at the expense of results.
In our programs we strengthening leadership by deepening connection within the management team or partner group. We support leaders in sharing what they are really dealing with, appreciating each other, and giving honest feedback. This strengthens their impact and the support they offer one another — and ripples through to their teams and the wider culture.
Our leadership trails typically last 9 to 12 months and combine multi-day group sessions with individual coaching. This balance of reflection, learning and day-to-day application strengthens both leadership and the way teams work together.
